Our guest speaker this Saturday at 1 pm is Hilda McLean from the Friends of Toowong Cemetery......come along and listen to this very entertaining speaker....all welcome.

Unfortunately only 7 of the 18 boxes of chocolates have been collected by members to sell.....If you only want to take a part box that can be arranged.  The chocolates and money were to be returned by next Wednesday 26th August but due to the lack of sellers this will be extended a while longer.

Thank you to those who have supported this fundraiser so far and to the members who have given donations in lieu of selling chocolates.

The meeting on 15th August was very short (but well attended), as we had two of the Town Square Rejuvenation Committee come to talk about moving to new premises.

A4 research notebooks are now for sale - $5 each
