MESSAGE!
Good
Afternoon Members,
This is an important message to
advise all members that the next monthly meeting will be held 6th
November at 1pm. The Club will be closed from this date until further notice
for research. However the Club will be open for anyone wishing to leave items
for the Xmas Raffle, make payments for the 30th Anniversary Lunch
etc.
All
members will need to collect their lanyards from the Club as these will be
needed to access the village. Any uncollected lanyards will be taken to the
village when we move and members will be escorted from the main entrance to the
Club rooms.
It has
come to the time to start packing in readiness for the move to the village
& for the Committee to stock take the assets held by the Club.
Club
members should have received their invitation to the 30th
Anniversary Lunch to be held on Saturday 27th November, if you
haven’t as yet received your invitation please contact the Club.
Christmas
meeting/break-up will be held at the village on the Saturday 11th December.

We will
keep you up-to-date with what is happening by email.
Thank you
to those who once again supported the latest fundraisers, without your support
the Club would struggle to make a comfortable move to the Village.
